Important Ticket Office Information

• Youth tickets apply to children 12 years of age or younger
• Doors open 1 hour prior to kickoff
• We do not accept credit cards the day of the game, cash or check only
• Single game Priority Seating goes on sale the day of the game for the general public
  Howling Pack member may purchase Priority Seating in advance
• Handicap seating is available upon request
• Students must use the Student Entrance on the South side of the DakotaDome
  Students must also sit in the Student Section
  Students wanting to sit in Reserved Seating must purchase a tickets
• All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges

Will Call Information

• General and Media will call is located inside the South Entrance
• USD/Visiting Player Guests and Recruit will call are located inside the North Entrance
• All tickets purchased 7 days or more prior to the event will be mailed to the patron unless otherwise noted
• All tickets purchased less than 7 days prior to the event will be placed at the General will call
• Will call opens 1 hour prior to game time
• Tickets held at will call can only be retrieved with a valid photo ID

The University of South Dakota Ticket Office is pleased to accept third-party will call for your convenience. However, we would like to make sure that you are familiar with our third-party will call policy. We ask that you present photo identification and fill out The University of South Dakota will call envelope provided by the Ticket Office at the will call table. Please indicate on the envelope the following: the recipient's first and last name, the number of tickets, the event & opponent, and your name as the owner of the tickets. The individual picking up the tickets MUST have photo identification to obtain the tickets. Be advised, The University of South Dakota Athletic Department is NOT responsible for third-party will call.
